– Shoe Sketching & Design – Learn to sketch and design shoes based on trends and seasons.
– Merchandising – How to source local materials and connect with factories.
– Visual Merchandising – How to display shoes online or in-store for better attraction and sales.
– E-Commerce Selling – How to market and sell locally made shoes using platforms like TikTok.
Participants will be able to:
– Design a variety of shoes (heels, sandals, slippers, moccasins)
– Market and merchandise their products
– Build and manage a shoe business
Target Group
– Aged 18 and above and interested in becoming a shoe entrepreneur.
Course Structure (4 Modules – 20 Days)
Module 1: Business Models (Day 1–5)
– Business basics, planning, pricing, and case studies.
Module 2: Marketing (Day 6–10)
– Branding, digital & offline marketing, customer acquisition.
Module 3: Merchandising Planning (Day 11–15)
– Inventory management, supplier relations, sales channels, visual merchandising, seasonal planning.
Module 4: Shoe Design (Day 16–20)
– Shoe aesthetics, sketching collections, mood boards, turning ideas into real designs, final presentation.
