Program Participant Guideline

Training Rules and Commitment

Punctuality

  • Arrive on time for each training session. Being late may result in missing important content and disrupting the session.

Active Participation

  • Engage actively in discussions, activities, and exercises. Your participation will enrich the learning experience for everyone.

Respectful Attitude

  • Maintain a respectful and professional attitude towards trainers, fellow participants, and training staff at all times.

Dress Code

  • Wear appropriate attire that reflects professionalism during training sessions.

Mobile Phones

  • Set your mobile phone to silent mode. Avoid using it during the session unless necessary.

Confidentiality

  • Respect the confidentiality of materials, discussions, and participants’ information shared during training.

Personal Information and Registration

  • All participants are required to complete their personal information and submit a copy of their Identification Card (IC) for registration with HRDCorp as proof of participation in the MiSI program.

Participant Commitment

  1. I commit to attending the full five (5) days of training without taking leave or being absent.
  2. In case of an emergency requiring my absence, I will provide valid supporting documents (e.g., a medical certificate or other relevant proof).
  3. I understand that failing to comply with this commitment may affect my eligibility for a participation certificate or other benefits related to the program.

Feedback

  • Provide constructive feedback at the end of the training to help us improve future sessions.
